OVC is an encrypted, self-hosted version control system compiled into a single 16 MB binary. Every repository is stored as a single encrypted file that you can safely synchronize across NAS systems, USB drives, or standard cloud buckets. OVC features Ed25519 cryptographic commit signing, role-based access control, built-in local CI/CD pipelines, and bidirectional Git compatibility. It includes native desktop apps, a browser UI, and a command-line interface with zero external dependencies.
