For enterprise operations teams
Replace fragile manual operations with software your company owns and operates
We map your people, handoffs, and systems, build the automated pipeline, pilot it with real operators, and deploy it onto your own servers.
Engineering Approach & Scope
When high-stakes business operations rely on copy-pasting between spreadsheets, web portals, ERPs, and email inboxes, mistakes happen and throughput stalls. Olib AI designs, builds, and deploys custom workflow software that lives inside your own infrastructure. You own the code, models, and data completely. No recurring SaaS per-seat licenses, no unexpected cloud bill spikes, and no customer data leaving your security perimeter.
Who this engagement is for
Operations teams spending hundreds of hours per week copy-pasting records across unintegrated software
Enterprises with strict regulatory, HIPAA, or financial data isolation requirements
Companies tired of SaaS vendors raising per-seat pricing every renewal cycle
Organizations wanting custom automation backed by proof from real shipped products
Concrete deliverables you receive
Production-ready workflow software running on your own servers or private cloud
Integration adapters for legacy internal portals, databases, ERPs, and email inboxes
Human-in-the-loop exception handling dashboard and notification hooks
Complete test suite, architecture documentation, and maintenance runbooks
Full source code repository handover with zero vendor lock-in
Delivery Stages
Three Bounded Delivery Milestones
We do not ask for open-ended retainers. Every stage has defined criteria, timelines, and deliverables.
Assess the operation
We map the operators, inputs, decision gates, target systems, data schemas, exception cases, and baseline operational costs.
You receive a complete workflow map, security perimeter specification, baseline metrics, and a fixed-price pilot scope.
Pilot one bounded workflow
We engineer the smallest high-impact version and run it with real operators, representative data, strict fallback paths, and audit logging.
You receive measured throughput results, exception handling logs, and a validated production rollout plan.
Deploy and hand over
We integrate the validated system into your production environment, document all interfaces, train your team, and establish ongoing operational monitoring.
Your engineers know exactly what runs, where it runs, how to maintain it, and how to operate it independently.
Firm Engineering Commitments
Guarantees established in writing before any repository or systems access.
Fixed-scope pricing and deliverables agreed upon in writing before any work begins
Full ownership of all software artifacts, trained model weights, and integration logic
Strict mutual non-disclosure agreements executed prior to inspecting sensitive systems
Rollback safety and automated fallback mechanisms built into every pipeline
Frequently Asked Questions
Clear answers regarding confidentiality, execution boundaries, and ongoing maintenance.
Where does the custom software run?
On hardware you own or control. We can deploy into your AWS, GCP, or Azure VPC, or onto your bare-metal Linux servers. No data is routed through Olib servers.
Do we need a large AI model for our workflow?
Not necessarily. We follow our engineering decision hierarchy: ordinary code and deterministic rules come first. Focused models or LLMs are introduced only for narrow tasks where fixed rules fail.
What happens after deployment?
We hand over all code, documentation, and operational runbooks. Your internal team can run the software independently, or you can opt for an agreed ongoing maintenance window.

Launch Review for AI-Built Apps
Built with Cursor, Bolt, or Lovable? We audit authentication, secrets, tenant isolation, database bottlenecks, and LLM billing before launch.
Autonomous Agent Systems
We design and deploy autonomous agent pipelines that process complex documents, sync enterprise systems, and recover from errors reliably.
Schedule a confidential technical scoping call
In our initial call, we confirm technical fit, answer questions, and discuss timeline expectations. We write a detailed scope before any commitment.
